Depreciation Reports for Delta properties

What the report covers for a typical Delta strata corporation.

For Delta strata corporations, our depreciation reports follow the Strata Property Act, including a 30-year cost projection and three funding scenarios for the council to compare. We attend from our Vancouver office, roughly 25 km away — close enough that a site visit is never the bottleneck.

Two things set the scope: the building itself, and what the finished report needs to do. Whatever it's for — a deal, a filing, a budget or a dispute — tell us and we'll confirm the scope before we quote.

Preparation and sealing are done by the same licensed professional, and the report is written for action, not interpretation.

Full detail on scope and process is on the depreciation report page.
