Depreciation Reports for Maple Ridge properties

What the report covers for a typical Maple Ridge strata corporation.

Strata corporations across Maple Ridge rely on us for Strata Property Act depreciation reports, with a 30-year projection and three funding models the council can weigh against each other. We work from our Vancouver office, roughly 45 km away, so site attendance is straightforward rather than an added cost.

What gets covered depends on the building and on why the report is being commissioned in the first place. Let us know the purpose — sale, financing, capital planning or a dispute — and we'll confirm the required scope before quoting.

The professional who takes responsibility for the report is the one who writes it, in language meant to be acted on rather than decoded.

For the full report structure and process, the depreciation report page has the detail.
