How we work
Every report is sealed by a licensed Professional Engineer or Professional Geoscientist, and the person who seals it is accountable for it.
Experience
Our engineers bring more than thirty years of experience across industrial, commercial, multi-unit residential and institutional properties. A parkade in Vancouver, a 1970s apartment block in Hamilton and a manufacturing site in Windsor deteriorate differently, and the judgment that separates a real problem from normal wear is built from having seen both.
