Depreciation Reports for Kamloops properties

What the report covers for a typical Kamloops strata corporation.

For Kamloops strata corporations, our depreciation reports follow the Strata Property Act, each including a 30-year projection and three alternative funding models. Because our Vancouver office is some 300 km distant, getting to site doesn't add cost or delay.

What gets covered depends on the building and on why the report is being commissioned in the first place. The purpose drives the scope, so tell us if it's for a deal, a filing, planning or a disagreement, and we'll confirm coverage before quoting.

The same licensed professional prepares and seals the report, written so you can act on it without needing a translator.

Full detail on scope and process is on the depreciation report page.
